The product was delivered promptly. however please see the attached photos. I ordered the music box called Jurassic Park from the movie Jurassic Park. I informed Sandy that the engraved photo on the box isn’t from Jurassic Park. The engraved photo is from Nigthmare before Christmas and that Jurassic Park is all about Dinosaurs nothing to do with ghosts. She replied and told me that their company has been shipping that design for years. Their customer must not check them or doesn’t know the characters from the movie or hasn’t seen the movie. I asked her to issue me a return shipping label so I return them but then she told me to contact Alibaba for the returns. then the label issue. I asked Sandy to please don’t stamp them with the red Chinese ink cause we can’t read them and don’t understand Chinese to please write the titles in English but when i received the box they all still have the red markings so we will have to check each boxes for us to see what kind of music it is.
